What is the Northern Diversity Box? 

Northern Diversity is a beauty and wellness box that includes beauty and wellness products from diverse Canadian companies including BIPOC brands. 

How does it work? 

Our website is designed in a way that allows you to either shop our curated box, which is a box of pre-selected products that includes a variety of beauty and wellness products, or you can shop individual products to create your own box. 

What will I get in my curated box? 

You will get 4-8 beauty and wellness products from Canadian companies that are effective yet natural and sustainable at the same time so they are good for you and the environment. These products are meant to take care of your skin, body and mental state of mind. The beauty products can include skincare, body or hair care while the wellness products can include wellness drinks such as teas or lattes, candles, aromatherapy and much more. We try to include natural, cruelty-free and sustainable products. You can choose to purchase the current seasonal box or a previous box.

Are prices in Canadian Dollars? 

Yes, the prices are all in Canadian dollars. 

Where do you currently ship? 

We currently ship to all of Canada and the United States. 

Is shipping included in your prices? 

Expedited shipping is included in all the curated boxes that are shipped within Canada. We charge $10 for any curated boxes shipped to the United States. We offer free shipping for orders above $55 within Canada and $100 to the United States for products purchased from the menu other than curated boxes. 

When can I expect my order to be delivered? 

Delivery can take 1-2 weeks for orders within Canada and the US. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at info@northerndiversity.ca

What if I am unhappy with my order? 

If you’re not happy with your order, please email us at info@northerndiversity.ca and a customer service representative will help you with the steps of how to refund your products. All items must be unused and in original condition and be shipped back to us within 12 days, and any return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
